Hi I do have a questions need to ask your advise. Recently I got two item unreceived case, since 40% of my products are drop shipping from overseas, it usually takes around 5-6 days to reach to the buyer. Most of them are fine with the timing, but some are not, and it affect my selling limits now.

My monthly selling limits is still the same as before, but everytime when I try to edit old listing or create new listings, on the last step, eBay ask me to call them with a random code (this code is not the one to verify your account, it says).

So I can not do anything to add more products anymore.

Some members on aspkin says it does affect them the same way for the upcoming month but they didn't call in.

I was wondering how long it will take and what should I do? I have a lot of local shipping prove since 60% of my products are shipping out locally.

I am so desperate now for your advise. Thank you so much if you can help.

Can someone give some good resources for Ebay stealth + PP accounts along with suppliers for any documents I may need? :)

I have a paypal account but i can't send the money out of my stealth account because my ip isn't trusted or whatever, and I need to add a security phone number
 
I ordered ebay stealth two years ago but have not been confident enough to actually try setting up an account. It amazes me how some people have so many accounts. You young people are so knowledgeable about computers but I'm not sure about all the steps such as a virtual credit card, address, phone and not getting things linked. I would really like to get back on ebay and sell again.
 
Guys, Yesterday I had a client asking for a refund for $2000 Item not received, as I had almost no money on my Paypal my balance went to -2000. I managed to get the $2000 and get back my account to a green positive balance around +1$. So logically I added $2000 for issuing the full refund to my client. Thing is when I want issue a refund Paypal give me this message "Your refund must not exceed your available balance. If you have funds in another currency balance, you may want to consider transferring funds from other currency balances." I still can withdraw money, send payment, receive payment. It's just that the $2000 that I put in paypal to refund my buyer is not considered by paypal. I have to add one more 2K before issuing refund. It doesn't make sense. Can anyone clarify for me please I would really appreciate it.
 
I have been selling on and off for years. Digital items only. I have 48 feedback and I'm now starting to sell digital items again. But my limit is 10 items per month or $100. How do I increase this limit? I did 10 items per month for over 6 months in a row but limits never increased.
 
Hi, I have been doing business for many years and receiving payments via PayPal all the time. It's registered under my company's name. I have plans in opening another company in January, can I register new PayPal account under new company? I have never had problems with my current PayPal, never got suspended or money frozen, etc ... Thanks!

Yes you could, as long as everything is legit and your doing legit business you shouldnt have a problem. If your not dealing with a stealth account and have your personal info and legit business you should be fine.

The balance that you uploaded back to PayPal - is it in the same currency that your client originally paid in?
