If it's a ban due to seller performance, it's gone. No appeal, no nothing.
This is why I'm not a big fan of drop shipping. The only way to be safe is to have the merchandise in your possession and ship yourself.

If i'm moving money through a couple paypal accounts does ebay track that at all? Does any pal transaction info automatically get shared with ebay
the easiest way paypal can link two accounts is if you shuffle money between them. And yes, paypal shares all info with eBay.

I've recently been banned, and from what I've been reading, I'm not going to attempt to get the account back. I had nearly perfect feedback with under 0.80% DSRs and hundreds of positive feedback in the past 6 months. I was banned for submitting too many refunds with the reason "I cannot fulfill this order" instead of "The buyer wants to cancel this transaction." I didn't realize I was negatively impacted until it was too late.
Anyway, what's the best way to go about building a stealth account. I'm aware of VPNs and ssh tunneling. Do I want to use a mailing address close to the IP? I've noticed that my cell phone's IP changes frequently and geographically says I'm in the middle of the US. I'm far from that, so I'm assuming that the geolocation of the IP does not matter? I've also thought about setting up another router to connect as a client to one of those xfinitywifi hotspots. At least this way I could get an IP that's close to my location.
Anyway, I'm planning on going with one of those vanilla prepaid cards for PP verification. Is this still a legitimate method? Is it really a good idea to completely BS my information? I'm not interested in avoiding taxes, but I was thinking that the best method to get money out of PP is by selling PayPal funds for BTC, and then selling the BTC on localbitcoins. Is there an easier way?

It's always a good idea to use address that you have access to.
You can just attach another bank account. Paypal does not see who owns the bank account, unless your banks tell them, and the banks are not going to tell them without a subpoena.

do not change everything at once, don't start off by selling exact same thing you were selling when you got banned. You're actually in luck that if you run into your problems, your friend can call in and fix it
important: get new IP and new pics for everything. Change your listing template and your product description
make a new account and change things up a bit

Hello all. I have read a lot of reviews, posts, articles about ebay/paypal and all i see is people complaining about ebay banning users for no reason, all sorts of negative feedback. The image that creates in my head, after i read all the stuff, is: i need a stealth account because maybe the nerds at ebay might ban me for no reason and this is the worst scenario, even if i have no bad intention or trying to exploit the system. Sometimes i think the people don't tell the full story. I don't see honest ebayers come to forums and complain about how the system fucked them up.

Hey what is the best way to get your money out of paypal once you make a sale? I prefer not to use the paypal card because they want me to enter ssn and I don't want to be linked to an old account. Perhaps receive a check or a bank account transfer?

A normal seller would use a bank account transfer, which is safe since paypal does not see bank's info on the account number.
