Did you get your paypal verified? I tried TextPlus, Google Voice, and other texting apps. None of them worked
eBay can figure out that you're not on a real phone.

I'm pretty sure they can, according to the last eBay rep I talked with.
yes. No policy against po boxes, but it will obviously not show up in their public database.

I'm pretty sure eBay can tell what type of phone you're using.
If you want to see for yourself, just do a reverse phone lookup on Whitepages or somewhere similar: put in a Google Voice/Texting App phone number - it'll show up as VOIP. Then put in your cellphone number and/or home phone and it'll identify that it's a landline, or if it's a cellphone it will tell you the carrier. And keep in mind this is just using free websites. I'm pretty sure eBay has access to much better resources than that, considering they have the ability to ask very personal questions about you (via the software they use to access public database records).

I am 17, thinking of selling on Ebay. I got a paypal account which had been verified in the past but I unlinked the bank account.
If I add the bank account back on the account do you think I can just start selling?
Or do I need to add a CC (Don't have one).
I just want to make some money, but all these rules are confusing me.

If the bank account is clean, and the paypal isn't limited, that shouldn't be a problem
eBay requires a CC on file, and you can easily get around that by getting a prepaid visa card. A prepaid visa card lets you get on a website and enter the address for that card.

If you could provide proof that the you gave him the key was given and even screenshot those actions you could reopen the claim if you call. Give them attitude and dont give up until they consider your claim again, if it was done on ebay there is even a method of getting his paypal account banned

Hello,
Im trying to sell some cosmetics that I purchased from a bankruptcy sale from a saloon that filed last month. Ebay wont let me list these items??
I have a stealth acct but I am not authorized to sell make-up, there are new sellers that are selling cosmetics so there has to be a way around E Bay does anyone have any advice??

Now ebays new policy with paypal about holding the funds for 21 days. How can i start ebay bussiness with zero investment . Most of guides written on ebay / amazon /drop shipers arbitrage is not working because the 21 days paypal hold. If paypal hold the payment for 21 days every time how can i place an order at other websites ?
Or the 21 days paypal hold is only for specific countries ?

21 day hold is for the whole planet. How can i start ebay bussiness with zero investment? You can't. You have to have money from your own side. (wash cars or do something and then come back to ebay, im serious!) It's hard out there for people, but life isn't sometimes easy and we all have to go through troubles just to make it to a better state of living unless your born rich then you might not have money troubles for a while. If your selling legit stuff then send the item and usually the holds come off sooner then 21 days sometimes 7 days or less if the item shows delivered in tracking. Always upload tracking asap after shipping it speeds up releasing payment.
