Alot of BS reasons for this, sometimes people use it to try to get feedback from others to make there account look better. Sometimes they even have multiple accounts that buy off each other to increase there feedback. Also they use this so they know no one will buy, and if they do they can easily delivery it to them. Its not worth it to be honest

Yes you can make it connect to your real info but you need to mix up your personal info, for example at the end of your address include Suite 2, Also you would need to slighty change your name, maybe you can make it with you middle name in it as well. Also make sure you are using a VPS, or a proxy which i prefer to use. I suggest opening a new user account and using that user account just for your ebay purposes
 
Can I get some sort of virtual credit card that works with PayPal so I can become a seller and post products?
I have a confirmed PayPal account linked with my eBay account but they seem to require a "live connection" between a credit card and and PayPal - I don't feel comfortable doing this right now.

No angle intended. I want to do things by the book :)

my ebay has indefinate restricteshions for selling , paypal is not restricted what about if i unlink this paypal from this restricted account and join it to my new ebay account will it work?

This is not an error but a flag to let you know your account is being watched closely. Wait at least 24 hours and try it again.
Slow down with moving money into or out of this account. Let it rest and use other paypal accounts for a while.

Its an error on paypals side, sometimes calling and telling them can easily fix this problem.

Are you really kidding? This is not an error and is a soft ref flag when someone pulls out too much money or takes in to much money as stated above your post by someone else.

Infinity (Tim) the one who knows the most here needs to come on and clear this up as you are dead wrong.

Call them up? Sure. They are watching the account for suspicious activity and you are telling this person to call?
Not a smart move as they will be asked questions they cannot answer by public records and the account will be limited.

Ebay is requiring me to send them invoices of my purchased item with supplier any advice both my account is limited now
 
Hi eBayUltimate, I need your help, I called eBay to request a higher selling limits as I recived a promotional offer to list 100k, my account can sell up to 300 a month. When speaking with them, requested me to email my suppliers and restricted my account only to list new products, now the only thing I need is to provide them Receipts or invoices for the items I would like to sell. Already faxed some suppliers from china, but still requesting new eBay Certified Suppliers, and what I do is Drop Shipping Orders from my suppliers, can you help me on how to get new invoices with eBay Certified Suppliers?
