Having trouble with Domain and Backlinking

Whenever I check my website on Site Explorer for Yahoo, I get different results depending on how I type in my website.
For example:

Whenever I type in "mywebsitename.c0m" I get these results:
Pages - (2)
Inlinks - (20)

However, when I type in "xxx.mywebsitename.c0m" I get these results:
No Pages - No results found.
Inlinks - (231)

And whenever I type in "hxxp://mywebsitename.c0m" I get these results:
No Pages - No results found.
Inlinks - (230)

* By the way, "mywebsitename.c0m" is not my website, I just put it there as an example.

Does this matter at all? I am confused...

What exactly you expect from the results?

Google will actually see these as different pages. Do a search for canonical urls and you can probably find some good info. Matt Cutts has a couple good vids on this subject in the google webmaster help channel on youtube.

One thing you want to make sure of is that when building you links you are consistent. If your site is using www. then make sure all the links you build do as well. You want your links to match your site structure and each other for maximum benefit.

Yeah I was worried that Google will think they are different pages/websites.
Is there any way I can change that?

If you have your site listed in webmaster tools you can add the info there.

If you have a site map list the page urls you want to Google to use.

You can use the canonical tag on your pages.

You can do 301's from the incorrect url's to the correct version.

You can do all of the above. There are a couple of vids on the Google webmaster channel on youtube that go over how to fix it. I imagine a Google search on how to do each fix will walk you through each separate process as well if you do not know how to do any of them.
