Having trouble growing on Instagram with reels

Hello,

I’ve been reading some insightful posts from members on this forum so I decided it would be great to try to find some help for my page. Me and a couple of my friends do a small podcast and we have been trying to grow it for years and at one point we had posts with 200k views but recently we have only been getting 100-200 ish views per post and only around 1-5 likes a post. It feels like I just don’t understand the algorithm or what I should be doing differently. I appreciate any advice I can get. Thank you.

What strategies would you suggest?

Why did the views lowered so much all of a sudden? Did you hit a shadowban or something?

Maybe you should re-evaluate your audience targets so that you can tailor your content to their needs.
