Having trouble getting Adsense Approval many times

My blog rejected many time, is close to turn 1 year, The reason is always - low value content.

Can someone help ?

for time being use another ad network like mediatraffic.

adsense is essentially saying your content is not of value or doesn't cover enough topic. meaning you need to revaluate every article on site and update them.
