Having trouble getting a Prepaid VCC

I've spent hours looking for a free VCC, and I have found some, but the ones I have found require SSN or Tax ID. I don't wanna actually put my SSN in so I instead just keep searching for one that doesn't require an SSN. I found Bancore, but I have been trying to get an account verification from them for a few weeks and they are just not activating any of the accounts I sign up for.

I heard Entropay and Neteller used to give you a VCC Prepaid with no deposit funds, you could literally just sign up and have it, but they changed their policy within the past few months.

Can someone please provide me with a website that you can sign up on to get a no risk prepaid VCC so I can just put it as my credit card on PayPal. A website that requires no SSN or Tax ID, deposit fee, and other information that no human would want to give out on the internet.

If someone could please help me it would be appreciated

Entropay should be fine, just deposit $5, and you can get virtual cards, why are you going for prepaid cards?

You can get virtual cards from entropay without ssn or any tax info.

I don't have any money to deposit. I need a card that is free. No deposit. I can just get it through signing up. I need a virtual visa, and the only way I can get one is if I add money to Entropay through the use of a credit card or bank.

If you want, you could deposit $5 for me and get me a VCC and just send me the info.
