Facebook is really harsh. Has anyone added a card without it being disabled?

Facebook is currently scanning payment methods. If you add a payment method to your ad account, your ad account will almost immediately be banned.

You can try changing the card, I see fb will restrict payment cards from Vietnam

Facebook is currently having a problem where the account will be banned as soon as a card is added, and is trying to find a way to fix it, and it's getting better now when adding a new card bro.

I would suggest you to try using a different browser or device, and also recheck that your account information is same as your card details. If this issue does continue, contact Facebook support or just trying with a different card might help.
