On a lot of acai berry websites I have looked at they say that acai berry has been featured on shows such as cnn, the today show, oprah, and they state its used by a lot of celebrities and they have pictures of some celebrities such as Angelina Jolie.
Are you allowed to do this?
Reason I'm asking is I have started importing acai berry which I'm packaging up and reselling and I want to put this kind of info on my website but I don't want to get in trouble for mentioning shows such as cnn etc and having celebrity pictures.
Any advice on this would be great
