Having problems with tweet attacks pro 3 !

hey .. i have tweet attacks pro 3 .. when i set it to follow by searching for a specific keyword i set it to search all tweets not only top tweets ! but it still only searches the top tweets ,, i've tried everything and nothing worked !
is there any solution for this problem >!? and if not , is there any twitter free bot that could scrape the followers usernames of someone's profile ?!
or an free bot that could do the same that tweet attacks do but with real all tweets search function ?!
