Having problems with ETSY

Hello BHW community. I had an Etsy shop 8 months ago and made 3-4 sales, but my problem started that my beautiful country that no plaftorm supports it, isn't listed on Etsy Payments. So what I did is that I had a bank account opened in a country where ETSY payments is available and so I could open a shop and accept payments. I made 3-4 sales and after that ETSY put my shop in vacation mode. In a research that I made it stated that I need to provide proof to Etsy that I am a taxpayer of that country that I am accepting payments from. I sent my ID and so one but no luck so far.

Can anyone give a tip or something?

First of all Etsy accepts Payoneer. and there for I don't think they will ask you for and documents related to a payoneer account other than your ID regardless to where you pay your taxes.

Yeah, it's a pain in the ass. I have 2 Etsy stores with 1500 sales combined and my shops only accept PayPal. I contacted Etsy support once asking them if I could become part of Etsy Payments if I had a bank account from somewhere where the Etsy Payments are available.
They answered that the existing shop cannot become part of it, no matter where you go or open a bank account.
This is where this might get helpful for you: They also told me that if I decided to open another shop from another location with a bank account, I had to provide proof of residential address in that country. Then I'd be part of their Etsy Payments program(if available in that country). Of course it is not in my interest to open brand new shops, I've spent 2 years building them. I just hope someday my country becomes part of it.

BTW do you know why this happens? In any platform I've registered PayPal is the only option for my country, why tf is that?

You need to provide Etsy with a document confirming that you live in a country where Etsy Payments is available. You should have uploaded this document at the store registration stage. If you do not have such a document and you are trying to provide them with a document from a country where Etsy Payment is not supported, then your store will remain suspended. In this case, you need to register a store for a drop from the country where Etsy Payments is available.
