You just setup a proper website then it get reviewed then you get fully verified .
Then get email of acceptance .
You got to design a good website and add everthink to look good.
Do somethink really general like a intreast of yours 5 page website.

So you'll review their site for Adsense approval, but don't know how to get traffic to your own site?
Adsense approval is easy, I got approved with 5 posts on a site, no about me page, just a sidebar contact me widget. My site has grown extensively since then. So Adsense isn't hard, just don't have a junk site.

I have got rejected twice. Then I started digging my website and removed the junk articles.
I have also started sharing my articles on social media platforms and then did some more activities. Finally got it approved, so just learn the stuff and get cleared.
