Having problem with phone verification when sign up on CPA Build

Hi everyone, I encounter an issue when signing up for CPA build. I have finished the email verification & have input my phone number to do phone verification but a pop-up appear saying that "Failed to send SMS. Please try again in a few minutes". I have tried to make it resend SMS OTP multiple times but it didn't work,

Does anyone know a way to solve this issue? Would much appreciate it.

Have you ever tried contacting their support?
 
As I can see, they are able to send the verification codes to USA numbers.
GB numbers have "failed" pop-up as well.
 
It appears that the system is successfully sending verification codes to USA phone numbers, but seems to encounter a "failed" pop-up when attempting to send codes to GB phone numbers.

Some numbers from EU countries get this pop-up as well. They don't work.
However, I successfully signed-up with a US number.
