having problem Search Appearance of Structured Data

Hello Everyone,I'm having problem whicih i have attached bellow,if anyone know how to solve this please help me out.i have been this issue on 2 sites.

Sometimes it just takes a while that Google understands your data. Other possibility is that in fact Google doesn't understand your data (date, author, etc). In that case I would suggest the data highlighter to tell Google which info is which.

If you want, we can take a look at the site, maybe we see what's wrong.
