Make a blog per email would be my advice, because you can't follow and like (among other things) from secondary blogs.
Also you can just use the dot trick (google it) for a gmail address and create multiple accounts this way.

Currently at 6.4k followers. Getting roughly 75 UVs a day. Been trying to grow a FB page along with it to boost viewers. But the growing is nice. Getting around 100-110 Followers a day.
I generally make one blog per email address. I use a private web hosting service so I can essentially have as many email addresses as I want.
However, this depends on if you are making individual blogs or multiple secondary blogs. If you are just clicking the button to make another blog on your initial account then you are building secondary blogs.
In my experience secondary blogs are very limited compared to individual primary blogs. They are also more risky to use for marketing depending on what you are doing with them. If one secondary blog gets canned then you can bet your main account will be going with it.
Basically its safer to not have all your eggs in one basket.
I personally make on blog per email. Like others have stated above if you are able to create email addresses with your hosting then I would do that for each blog.
As others have stated above, it may be wise to have one blog per email. Emails are so easy to get nowadays that it should be easy for you to have one email per blog rather than using the same email for each blog.
