are you guys having issues creating new bing accounts ? i created two new account 2 weeks ago with no problem but today i tried two with new vps and different debit card but they do not let me add the payment method and i am wondering if you guys are having the same issues

Welcome to my world. I've had no issues with account creation lately unless I don't delete cookies and stuff.. And it didn't let me add a payment method either. I'm guessing because it wasn't a Visa card.
