Aside from the mistake of applying twice under the same IP, you basically told them you can do everything (but in a poor way). Everyone can apply saying they know how to do XYZ or are good at XYZ, but they need specifics about how you will use your account etc.

Your application comes across as someone who has no experience and is a jack of all trades. If you were honest, explained you just started affiliate marketing and gave details how you would use your account with a bit of a plan, then they probably would have approved you.
