having a hard time fixing a site

hi,
already past more than 1 year since i hired some SEO company to rank my site.
tried hiring some seo packages from bhw and it actually went down in a very speedy manner, then i looked up for a local seo company (a very expensive one, with monthly fees) and actually lost more than 50% of my kw´s.. right now i have lost more than 60% of my traffic and up to 80% of my sales. still not sure what the issues can be, i am really hoping to get the page back on track.. if anyone can suggest any seo profesional who can actually point me to the right direction it would be highly appreciated.

Yeah sure.

Check your on-site SEO has been working properly.
Also, check your backlinks are from the good authority sites and based on your website niche.
Do some analytics of your competitive sites. If they build more backlinks than you then it might happen.
Also, update your blog as regularly with the quality contents because the quality contents are the soul to get the good traffic of your website.
