Having 3 different payment accepting accounts

hi, i'm having trouble with this. can someone please help me

On a single website can you have three different forms of accepting payment (paypal, google checkout, credit card merchant account) that can rotate everytime some one buys something or the page is reloaded so that way only one single payment method is shown and to choose from?

If so, does anyone know what webhost supports this and if no webhost supports it, can a newbie like me do it himself?

yes, you can do it using php very easily. All most all the host support it, however there are few who don't accept other servers request. So there is not possible to embed it. You can test your host by just using Paypal.

does any one know the exact script or method that does it?
