It seems that your question assumes that there is a web extension tool that does the specific scraping job that you described.
The data that you're looking for comes from a specific place, and I don't think the standard, widely available scraper web extensions would do this job.
It's just too specific.
I would suggest that you hire a custom developer.
They're not all that expensive, especially on platforms like Fiverr and Upwork.
Also, you can get the coder to keep revising the code until it handles the wide range of variables and different page designs that your scraper is supposed to work on.
So looking for some sort of web extension tool that works across the board is probably not worth your time.
