Have You Submitted Reconsideration Request Before?

I would like to hear from someone who has filed a Reconsideration Request in GSC successfully (the manual action was lifted).

I received 5 manual action notifications from google, one per each version of the same domain in search console:

- http://www.domain.com (manual action)
- https://www.domain.com (manual action)
- http://domain.com (manual action)
- https://domain.com (manual action)
- domain property: domain.com (manual action)

Question:

When you submitted your reconsideration request, did you reply to only 1 of these (since it's they are all about the same website domain.com) or did you copy paste your RR and submitted to all 5 GSC website versions?

I have theories of what "should" be done, but rather, I would like to hear what worked for someone who already did it.
