I try to upload a campaign for a weight loss offer, but every time I try to upload a campaign, facebook blocks my ad accounts. My ads can't even become active, they block them right away. Have you experienced this?

You need to use cloaking techniques on these types of niches.
 
And whats the comment that comes along with the rejection? They usually block content if it doesnt comply with their policies or for music restrictions, read the outcome they sent you and make changes on it, if you are using hastags on your ad make sure that you are not using prohibited hashtags.

Weight loss campaigns are against FB TOS because they are negative towards people's EGO and many have denounced these practices.

Still, you can see some ads disguising this very well

For example, you have to talk about it, but not directly, like : "want to feel better more healthy and in a better state of fitness? Try our revolutionary method to be a Übermensch" And you put a photo of Nietzsche.
 
You will not survive with this niche unless you use a good cloaker or got huge amount of cash to burn.

Yeah, that's true unfortunately. Once, I tried to create an ad targeted towards mental problems. It didn't pass. General principle is that that you can't cause negative emotions with your ads.
 
You would be better off trying to lure people via fb groups and not by ads as this is against FB policy. On a side note this niche is so overcrowded these days it is almost impossible to earn descent amount of money out of it.

try another device sometimes facebook has bugs, because I don't see anything wrong with the topic
 
two points for you to fix this problem:

the first one is using aged and warmed accounts which should be strong enough for running BH ads.

the second one is trying your best to improve your ads creative to make FB doesn't think you are breaking their policy.
