I tried one. I can't really rate its effectiveness cause I didn't know what I was doing. My general impression was they aren't something I would risk using on anything important. Although it was inexpensive and easy to use.
 
I used couple of them for Twitter followers. Results are totally shit. All of the packages they sold as non drop returned to where they started.
