It is probably a malware or a plugin vulnerability. Make sure you have all themes and plugins updated and original, not cracked, then make sure to check your website for malware .. also ask your host to help you clean your account.. It's weird that they used the hack to do some kind of neg seo on your website. They usually just want to use your website for phishing..

This is common, this is where they make site owners view their page and as it shows it works, if you do not want this page linking to your site, can't do much. But, if you feel it will hurt your google ranking, then disavow in in GSC

You cant just jump to conclusions if a site is LINKING to his site.
A site is linking to my site in a spammy directory using this link:
mywebsite.com/fucking-bestiality-porn-horse/page
Of course this page does not exist on my website so I would expect to get a 404 but instead when I copy paste the above URL into the browser it redirects to a money page on my site:
mywebsite.com/best-product-review/ type of page.
I also discovered that it doesn't matter what URL I type in here:
mywebsite.com/fucking-bestiality-porn-horse/page
in the middle part.
Whatever I write in that middle part of the URL, it will still redirect to some random page on my site.
These pages are not indexed, they in fact all redirect to real pages on my site.
Can someone please suggest the steps to take to fix this?

Do you use a plugin or theme that handles 404 redirects? Are you sure?
This is the behavior you would expect if a link to a page that does not exist is used. It would redirect to the home page, a money page or a random page depending on the settings in the theme/plugin.
This would also explain why mywebsite.com/any-fucking-crap-here/page works as you describe.
This kind of stuff hard to diagnose without seeing the actual links and the WP dashboard for your site to be able to check the themes and plugins and how they are configured.

Like I said, jsut disavow the link and set all links not to redirect, just to show 404
If I type a URL like this:
website.com/any-random-url-here/
it will give 404
but if I type a URL like:
website.com/any-random-url-here/and-here-another-piece/
it will 301 to random pages on my site
I also thought it's about some configuration thing. Do you know what I could troubleshoot? I scanned my site with Virustotal.com and it comes clean.
I don't now if you understood that I did not set the 301 redirect. I have no idea where that 301 has been set and I have no way to remove it.

As far as setting redirects, you don't necessarily have to do that. A theme/plugin may have a "default" redirect setting that is active even if you haven't changed it. So it is possible to have redirects even if you didn't set any.
I would look at the theme and plugins you are using then check user manuals/support pages to see if they have that functionality.
Anyone can create a link to any site. The fact that links to nonexisting pages are being redirected is the problem you need to figure out.
It's weird that only nonexisting URLs with a subdir get redirected.

Well for starters, disavow takes 1-3 days as google immediately recognizes that so add that to your disavow file
Then, turn off redirects

I didn't set these redirects. This is the whole problem. There are 301 redirects which I did not set. I dont know where they are set. So I cannot remove them

When you install certain plugins job is already done, code is injected somewhere and you will have to find it.
Start by deleting all weird plugins, a WP site need only few plugins to work and all are legit, something like Smush, WP Total Cache, Yoast SEO is already enough.
Enter your hosting file manager and start checking the last modification date on all of your files. I would start from there.
Also, your WP theme will require checking, every file by using theme editor.

Might be there. But, are you sure he can write a rule to 404 these pages?
If I understood right, he has unlimited or a lot of pages 301 to his website and he do not know the exact URL of almost any of em.
Can he still write a rule in this situation? If so, please share it.
