Have you ever had AHrefs just outright block a domain?

I use Ahrefs pretty frequently and they always seem to work for every site I have ever checked on it, except for ONE.
I have one domain that if I check on Ahrefs from anywhere, any computer, any IP it always shows up as having 0 backlinks,
yet if I look at the domain via google, or via any other piece of software it shows me how many backlinks it has....
wtf gives? Do they block domains sometimes for no reason or what?
