It is definitely possible. The most effective way is to reach out to @TeamYouTube on X (Twitter). They are usually much faster and more 'human' than the automated appeal forms. If your channel was wrongly flagged for spam or community guidelines, explain your case clearly and provide your Channel ID. Many creators here have successfully restored their channels this way within a few days.

I got multiple youtube channels back one was hacked account two were terminated accounts. You need to check example of deep humor how he got his channel back by making lots of noise on X to team youtube.
