About two years ago, I was knee-deep in some crypto startup work [handling marketing stuff], and someone sent me an NFT.
It was basically a cow (dear Lord), and honestly, I had no idea what to do with it, I was never really into crypto, for my reasons.
Like any confused person, I just tossed it up on the Marketplace, and, to my surprise, it sold the same day, for a little over $200.
And just like that, I accidentally joined the NFT... Well, naah
Anyway... I remember watching people drop $10k a day on these things like it was Monopoly money, pulling in $100 - $250 - $500 even $1k in profit daily.
Meanwhile, I’m sitting there with my $200, turning to my wife and saying, “Okay, this is it… I’m officially old.”
I’m pretty sure I’m the only person with a small stash of cryptocurrencies and NFTs sitting in some random wallet (or wallets) and honestly, I care about them as much as I care about my 2008 MySpace account. They're out there somewhere… probably.
