Those sites don't look like WordPress sites. They seem to be HTML sites, so you'll need to look for HTML templates that are similar to those sites. You can find some at https://themeforest.net/category/site-templates/creative/portfolio

Stop spending so much time looking for a useless theme. Instead learn html and css then make any wordpress site or other look anyway you want.
