My friend; the very fact that you're posting here asking for what 'services' to try to rescue your SEO 'strategy' says it all...
You first need to understand that SEO is not buying a set of services or using a bunch of tools. That's like saying that winning the Monaco Grand Prix is 'driving a car round corners'. To call yourself an SEO, you should understand the strategies and principles behind the tools, and you should instinctively 'know' what needs to be done to rectify an issue; or at least have a good idea where to start looking. Otherwise, you're not a professional; you're just someone who can use a bunch of tools, but who has no real idea of their effect or the correct strategy to use them correctly.
I understand that this forum is a place to share and learn; that's good. But calling yourself a professional SEO, and charging a company for your services when you're begging for help tells me that you need to re-evaluate YOUR role.
