What I advise you should do is to create a giveaway that can grab their attention after doing this you need to tell them that they need to join your Facebook group, I prefer Facebook because a lot of people are active on this platform, then whenever you release a new video you can always promote it.

If your videos are Shorts, I don't think it would have such a negative effect on your channel especially because your channel has authority already.
