Have some super quality content - where to publish?

Hey people,

So I have a website and I have many statistics that can be used to produce super quality, unique content (that can be used on NY Times).

The thing is, I don't know how to approach journalists or whoever this may concern. Of course, I will give this content for a link back.

Anyone has any advice regarding this? I'm aiming for PR6+ websites...
