Have SMTP but need a sender software

An email list

I am a noob in this field and at first I thought I can post emails directly using sparkpost web app, since I've uploaded my list there.

I figured out I would need a sender. If anyone can suggest a good sender software or web app, I would appreciate that. Of course I would need it to work with sparkpost.

Mind you I'm just starting out, so my budget is not that high
