Have reached audience but then got shadowbanned.

I made a uk TT account (because us too complicated) and have posted 4 videos with all of them reaching 65% united kingdom, having about 1k views each.
Then on the fifth video, It got 150 views, which made me think It just did worse than the others, but then I saw in the statistics it was 99% of views from my country (middle east), 0 likes (my country is shit for TT)
I used a simless phone assigned to the uk via a dedicated ip address in the uk.
Maybe TT found out from my wifi connection?
What do I do now?
If I factory reset the phone and try another way, won't it get shadowbanned anyways because TT already knows that phone?
Do I use a proxy? or will I be better off throwing that phone away and trying a new one?
The only reason I haven't bought a physical uk sim is because I heard that recently tiktok has done something about the sim stuff.

I think there has been a recent update. I have seen a few post now about users targeting country A then after a few videos it goes back to their home country views.

Ok, so I used a 100mb premium proxy free trial to create another UK account and I think it did good because I suddenly realize that theres a tiktok shop icon which I didn't have before.
Makes me think that TT knew I wasn't in the uk from the beginning last time.
Anyways I have the eligable account but the only problem is that I need to do everything from a browser in my phone, the proxy manager says that it only works on the default browser, on apps the proxy doesn't apply. I know for a fact that TT doesn't like it when you post from a browser (like posting on pc). So what do I do now?
is there any way to make the proxy work on the app do you think?

There's a reason I jumped onto a proxy before a vpn.
Vpns apparently have a "Vpn's Ip". TT can notice if you're using a vpn fast. even if it's a premium one. Proxy ips are real ips from the exact location you're taking them from, A residential proxy.
