Have ranking, but not traffic,help me !!!!!!!!!!

I have a few sites. The best ranking TOP4. There are TOP8, but every day they 1-10 traffic, I use GOOGLE keyword tool, search volume query each of them have been 10K + every month, how can I do? I am very fire-resistant.
