I have around 30-40$ to invest, can someone guide me and help me make money from this?
I am looking for something that will 100% work and risk free...

Buy a domain and hosting account. Build a website, bring traffic to it, show ads, people click = profit.
 
I suggest you need to re-think your approach. If you only have $30-$40 to play with and need 100% guaranteed return and risk free then you are not investing.

can it be done totally without my effort? I mean how much do i need to pay to make this totally auto pilot and just wait for money to come?

I want to invest, to put money into something that will later give me back money and some profit.. That is investing?
However if i said without risk, because many people will suggest me to go gambling and do some blackhat activity that might provide me with total loss..

i am asking because i understood there are sites like fiverr where you can basically order anything for 5 bucks.. So was wondering if you maybe have clue on some scheme where to start.
 
He only has $30-$40. Domain name and hosting will take half of it. He is not going to get much traffic or make very much with less than $20 to promote his site if he is not willing to put out any effort himself.

Buddy I been sarcastic. With $30 - $40 you won't go far. You have the wrong concept of IM. In order to live a nice life without much effort you gotta build an empire witch with $30 - $40 won't be built solo. You need to put time and effort on it.

Nobody is forcing you to help me.
I asked a simple question. I know about ppd, i used to work with it. I paid like 10$ for youtube views. I paid 5$ for a guy to make a site(blog) and i paid 5$ for a youtube video. Total 20$ i received around 4-5 leads per day. I would keep getting better if everything didn't get shut down because i had blackhat niche. Never mind that, it was all auto pilot and i didn't do a single thing. That is why i am asking, how much does it take without any of my effort to build all this or something better and make money. I don't need 10000)$ per day like you guys are offering here, 5-10$ for a start would be just fine.
BTW. I have much more then 40$ to invest, but in this business it's not important how much money you have to spend, it's HOW you spend it. I've seen people with a lot of cash and no brain lose everything because they don't think clear.

i want to hear some good advice. This is a forum and people give their opinions. I asked, you should be giving me advice. Why are you on this forum? Either to help someone or to get a help.
I need help currently in starting a empire that will make me hundreds of $ per day. :P

That is a low amount to invest and nothing is guaranteed to work 100% or be risk free.

Read through the forum and find something that interests you, then see what investment is required.
