Have Method Idea, Need the Right CPA Offer

I have collected around 50 emails for a writing job listing I placed on CL and the replies are still coming. I am looking for a simple CPA offer to have them fill out. I have accounts on several networks and I have been searching for a few days for the right offer. I found one for Study Pool that would pay me $3 for a free sign up and I could have them just look at a video and write a review. However, I don;t want to get in trouble because I haven't promoted the offer anywhere else and the applicants would probably not convert.

This will be my first effort at actually using a method to make money with a CPA offer. I need an offer that will pass all the right hurdles. Any advice would be appreciated.
