Have many workers but need an idea !!!

Hello guys ,

I have got around 100 workers as far now and i hope it will be increasing more and more soon .

But am still blank what type of work to give them and how can i make profit from that . I am looking for a work which is easy for workers as well as profitable .

I realised abt data entry . But data entry Companies some times does not pay correctly so i cant trust them and go forward with it . I am also interested to take data enteries or medical transcription works in bulk orders , but i need it every month continously . So people who are interested on that kind of things can pm me

Am looking for some more ideas . Please let me know what ideas do u have on your mind .

so what kind of resources do you have?
you mentioned the labor resource.
But what about skills, and i assume you have 100 computers .

Seriously if they have some bare minimum skills i might need a hand or two with a couple of workers.

I have several ideas for this.

yeah all of them have computers . I have 100+ workers . But they can do easy works only . Let me know if you have any business ideas . @ Digital gangster

well very basic . They know how to use computer . Am looking for easy work for them as well as good money per month
