Have Landing page source code now what?

A biz opp is trying to charge $40 for their landing page to get more money out of people so I found someone else who had it and followed some other posts on this forum and got the source code, but now I don't know what to do to make it my own?

I'm not sure if this is in the right section because this is more of saving money than making money, but I could really use your help to know exactly what to do from here.

I was reading a couple posts earlier that talked about duplicating a landing page so I did as they said and right clicked and got the source code then saved it to a text document. After that the thread didn't say anything else about it besides more ways to get the code.

So what I'm wondering is how do I duplicate that landing page now so that it sends opt ins to my aweber since I've already paid $20 to use the product. Do I need to get hosting or what as I already have domain names just have no idea about coding and what to do further.

I paid $20 for the products now they're trying to upsell a replicated landing page for $40. Most of the stuff on this forum is in a grey area anyway I'm just trying to save money and use a landing page that they already give out. Just don't know what to do from the point after I get the code. Sorry that I'm a newbie and haven't been here long, but I'm looking to provide useful insight in the future whenever I get a few things down.
