Hey there, need help in starting of on a new affiliate site. Am new to this n need to start making money.
Anyone with some advise?

First off you need to decide what you want to start out with. Facebook? Twitter? Search Engine Traffic? Emails?

Once you've decided that, there are a lot of threads on this forum like this, telling you what to do.

Unless you can afford paid sources of traffic, such as PPC, I think getting some free traffic to your site from articles, blogs, etc., is the best way to get the ball rolling.
