Have insider for Meta & Google – looking for advice on promoting competitor spy & account recovery services

Hey everyone, I really need some help here.

So basically, I created my Google Ads account on December 30, 2025 to advertise my company (BH Marketing Direto LTDA, a marketing and sales promotion business based in Brazil). On that same day, I fired an employee who had access to my account credentials. After being fired, he went into my account without permission and ran ads with misleading content. I had never run any legitimate campaigns myself — everything that got my account suspended was done by him, not me.

I've already submitted two appeals through the official form explaining exactly what happened. I even attached documents proving it: my company's official registration from the Brazilian Federal Revenue (like a business license) and a formal termination letter that specifically mentions the Google Ads account and states that any access after December 30th was completely unauthorized.

But both times, all I got back was the same automated suspension email. No human response, nothing.

So I have a few questions:

1. Is that automated email just a confirmation that my appeal was received, or does it mean my appeal was already rejected?

2. Is there any way to talk to an actual Google Ads specialist to escalate this case?

3. Is there anything else I can do to make my appeal stronger?

Any help would mean a lot, thanks!

Post it in the Marketplace → Social Media / SEO Services section where advertising‑related services get the most buyers.
Build trust with detailed service explanations, case studies, vouches, escrow options, and start with a few discounted reviews even if the price is high.
Avoid overpromising or claiming “insider access”; focus on clear deliverables, transparent pricing packages, and strict client confidentiality.

branding is key, make some designs for you service and brand it the proper way. Do a competitor research also, see how they advertise their service. then focus on adding other services to your portfolio

Hello everyone,

I recently got access to a reliable insider source related to Meta (Facebook) and Google operations.

I am planning to start offering the following services:

- Competitor spy / internal advertising intelligence
- Deep ad intelligence & campaign insights
- Account recovery (Facebook ad accounts, Business Managers, Google Ads accounts)
- Business Manager recovery
- Consultation for complex ad account issues

Before launching this as a public service, I would really appreciate advice from experienced members:

1) Which marketplace section is best for such services?
2) How build trust because price high
3) Any tips about positioning, pricing model, or packaging?
4) What mistakes should I avoid when offering sensitive services like these?

I am not selling anything in this thread yet – only looking for guidance.

Thanks in advance for any advice.
If you're planning to offer services in this area, the biggest challenge usually isn’t demand — it’s credibility.

For high-risk or high-value services like account recovery or internal intelligence, most buyers will be extremely cautious because the market is full of exaggerated claims and fake “insider” offers. Building trust first will be more important than pricing.

A few things that tend to help:

  1. Start with smaller consulting-style services rather than very bold claims. Showing real knowledge about ad account structures, policy issues, and recovery processes can build credibility over time.
  2. Transparency about what you can and cannot do is important. Overpromising is one of the fastest ways to lose trust in these niches.
  3. Case studies or anonymized examples of past work often help buyers understand the value without exposing sensitive details.
  4. In terms of marketplace placement, services related to advertising accounts and marketing intelligence usually perform better in sections where agencies and media buyers are active rather than general sections.
Overall I would focus first on reputation and proof of expertise — once people trust the knowledge behind the service, pricing becomes much easier to justify.

If you plan to offer services related to Meta Platforms or Google accounts, trust will be the biggest challenge.
A few things that usually help:
Start with case studies or proof of results (even a few anonymized ones)
• Offer small test services or consultations first so people can see your expertise
• Use clear terms, pricing, and limits for what you can and can’t guarantee
• Avoid making claims that sound like “insider access” because that can raise trust issues quickly
For positioning, many people prefer consulting or troubleshooting services rather than promising direct account recovery. It feels more transparent and realistic.

Have you started selling?
Also, does this include Google Business Profile related services?

The Social Media or Social Media - Other sections in the Marketplace are best for recovery services, but you'll need to pass a rigorous review by the mods first

Hello everyone,
I am very interested in that post as I myself have several insider contacts at Google and it is very hard to build trust and reputation for that with new clients.
I only use escrow/middleman with new clients, first to build trust and show that I can get the job done and secondly to protect myself. After a few orders from a client it is much easier and the use of a middleman is not necessarily.
Any advice on how to convert new clients easier and faster would be very helpful.

Warning: this guy MarkTwen and his "agency" traffic-space.com is a piece of shit scammer. He took my money and gave me nothing but excuses. Do not trust him.

the thing you want to do is so attractive with all one who work on fb ads bcs we face these errors every day and need someond can help to solve

Having a reliable insider for Meta and Google is the "Holy Grail" here, but since you are a Newbie, trust is your biggest barrier.

The "Social Media" section is your best bet for account recovery, while "SEO - Other" might fit the spy/intelligence tools.

Never promise 100% success. Platforms update, and insiders get caught or lose access. Under-promise and over-deliver to keep your review thread clean.

Be prepared for the Marketplace Quality Control (MQC) team to ask for proof. If you can pass that, you're golden.
