Hi mates :)
Yesterday I started with some keyword research. suddenly i found a keyword with 165.000 global searches a month and as keywordtool says as well as no competition. i googled that keywore and google told me 1.5 blillion/million (forgot it. im on my iphone atm) other websites. i thought FAIL but i checked the first websites. 1. part of google.com with broken content. 2. facebook fanpage with 55 likes.
thats the point where i thought that i could get it. i checked domains and bought the keyword domain. its an 3 word keyword. now i started with wordpress, the "answers" q and a theme and yahoo answers poster. i made onpage seo and added the url to google. now im wating a while and want to start backlinking in a few days.

what do you think my chances are? i need about 1k visitors a day. thats it x)

Are you sure it is EXACT monthly searches and not BROAD?

exact searches :)

Yes is it exact monthly searches or broad? Also are there any money in the niche?

And check local searches.... not global. That is if you intend to rank in U.S.

I have seen 60K global with only like 5k local searches. Use googles insights for search to see which countries search more for the keyword.

I fucked up and wasted a lot of time on a global search term.

I think actually 'high competition' would be better than 'no competition'. If you using G's keyword tool the competition comes from AdWords not the SERPs. High competition is better because people using AdWords tend to only bid on keywords that have a good conversion rate. So if you see high competition then you know that keyword can make you money. The key is to be able to own the SERPs on high competition keywords because your site gets all the exposure that people have to pay for through AdWords but your getting it for free though the SERPs. People are more likley to click on an organic result rather than the ads so its even better for you. Just my 2 cents.

80% us and 15% uk and 5% the rest :)

What do you think

If there is cool way to bank on this ?

ive never done offpage seo. plz advice me x) what should i do ? i have snuke x. is it enaugh?

Just make sure you diversity your link profile.
Directory subs, social bookmarks, build some web 2.0s and blast with blog comments and profiles.
Also, if your data is right and you've got yourself a good emd, don't stress out about rushing things. If you keep your content fresh and your linkbuilding consistent, you should get the results you are after.
