Have I been penalized?

My moneysite is an expired domain which I bought. It has been registered for 2+ years and is PR 2. I recently bought some high authority links from BHW and a diversity package. My rankings then increased to 75-200 but they are now not to be found. I checked all my keywords and not any checker can find anything.

My question is - have I been penalized?

Also, SerpBook keeps saying that I have 96 backlinks, and even though it says that the page has updated, the backlink counter never does. Why's that?

I'm guessing it's a dance, happening to my sites now too. How long has it been going on?

Maybe for 1-3 days I think. How long do these dances usually last?
I hope my rankings will soon jump as I've paid almost $200 here on BHW.
 
Give it a few days. If the site's still gone, then you probably have a penalty.
 
i think you're fine, normal for google to do that, it'll come back.Too many links with the same anchor text that causes an algorithmic penalty.So try to avoid it.
 
It's just a usual dance. Whether all your backlinks are indexed? If yes, then go to ahref's and find the anchor text percentage. If any one/two keywords used at most, then try to dilute the anchor texts percentage by creating new links with more lsi and generic keywords as anchor to avoid the penalty.
 
Did you check your website in Google Webmaster Tools. See there what's going on with your site and maybe you have Manual Webspam Actions.
 
Wait for some dance as one of my site is dancing on serp too
 
check for any possible Manual Spam Action if not then give your SERPS a week and check again.
