Have I been hacked?

I've been running a pretty decent site in the last year, and just recently, I've noticed a strange referrer in my wordpress dashboard for the past 2 days. It looks something like this "[email protected]/the-name-of-the-post" so i looked up 2X, and saw that it is a remote client application. I'm a newbie when it comes to these kind of topics, so would you say that I've been penetrated, for lack of better words? or somebody is just remotely viewing my site through this application?
