I have had my current job over 4 years now. And I`am sick of it and the management. I have worked my ass off a long time, and have asked for things to change regarding routines etc. My boss is always saying "yes we will make this changes as soon as possible" But it never happens.

So i applied for a new job today. Wish me luck guys, I know there is a lot of others who have searched for the same job.

Good luck mate.

Main thing is to be happy whatever you're doing. If your boss is a twat, then just move somewhere else. On your last day tell him everything you think of him and the company. Sometimes a few hometruths will help.

You know I had a bicycle accident few years back and tried to work at this UK mall as I had no choice to work to pay the remortgage.

I can tell you cycling to work with muscle injury as you cant afford the bus is not a good thing to cope with then also work a physical job too then go home again

SO point is I had to leave the job few times at night as my leg actually froze up after 7 hours and what happened some head tosser at the mall told the cleaning company I had to leave and guess what the mall was closed when I did leave and also I had done my job and also asked my great work mates if they minded if I go half hour early and they said its OK.

So I tried getting an unfair dismissal appeal and some asshole solicitor for the company thretened me with ten thousand fee if I lost the case.

So I obviously coud not afford this

Then I was forced to sell my house I part owned and this was taking ages in the crash starting and I lost a lot having to sell very low to come out with something to save reposession.

I respected that big UK cleaning company as I worked for them before hand but now I think they are one of the scum

Good luck, if you worked this hard and had good ideas your boss just didn't deserve you as an employee if he didn't care about your opinion
 
Good luck , Its a good safety net to have a Job in these bad economical times.

Invest some of the money you earn into IM :)
 
Thanks again! I just hope I do get the job though.
I will anyway let my current boss hear all my opinions, when I am back from vacation.
And I do make some money in IM, but it is more like a hobby to me.
