If you do trading, have you ever lost a half mil on single trade and left with zero balance?

Not that much but I have enough which if I tell to my parents, they will not talk to me for some days.
 
Single trading with no diversification? Who would do that? I advise you to look for copytrading. Also you can find expert advisors for Metatrader. They will do trading for you. But you need to find them diligently.
 
If someone puts half a mil on a single trade, they don't know the basic risk management, they shouldn't be trading.
 
Well you have blood in you if you bet half milion on a single trade or maybe you are a billionaire as you play so much money in a single bet ,I am courious how you feel now ?
 
It was a corporate account, but I do wonder how much individual traders loose in a single trade and how they cope up with it , And it's not very difficult to loose big amounts when you dollar cost averaging trades
 
The amount itself is relative. If you are worth $100k and you lose half like that then that is utterly stupid. If you are worth $100 million then it's just another day in the office.
