There are browsers like Zennoposter (some were shared in BHW but I forgot names) which can record and repeat your actions. For example, if you start record, open e-mail, click on a link, and stop recording, the browser stores a macro for the task. When you play the macro, it repeats the task. You can also edit these macros to change the tasks (like opening one e-mail after the other).
