Have any tool for track multi thread on forum

I'm a forum administrator. I'm managing 6 forum. Today, i often check many times to know what my topics are commented. I feel tired with this. Have any tool to check new comments in my threads and notify to me when have any new conmment? Please show me. Many thank!

If I'm not mistaken bhw emails you when your threads are active not in read time of course.

Is that what you mean?
