Instantly no but there's a handful of sellers on the Marketplace for indexing services. Suggest you try them out

I didn't get such great results in the last couple of days (unlike a month ago or so) trying to index some web 2.0s with spun content,
there are some methods used by some guys in some spammy niches (like the trending pdfs) to index in a few minutes, but no service offer this neither it's shared anywhere,
a few services that i can vouch are speed links, elite indexer (they do have a trial in bhw sales thread) and gindex.me (never tried but vouched by too many users here)
