Have any indians used godaddy coupon codes recently?

I am trying to use a godaddy coupon and its not showing me any payment options when I add a coupon. However when I don't add a coupon but go directly to payment its showing all payment options. Weird. What is happening?

Has anybody noticed this? Coupon is working though btw. I can see reduced price in the cart.
